Where possible, it is helpful for complaints to be made in writing by way of letter or email. This can assist us in undertaking a thorough investigation and providing a reply as promptly as possible. The Pension Appeals Tribunal Scotland aims to respond to complaints within five working days. If we are unable to respond within that timescale, we will let you know when we expect to be able to do so in accordance with the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service complaints procedure.
